The peanut butter grinder utilizes the high-speed relative motion between a stator and rotor, and the flow of material through the gap between them under the combined effects of gravity, air pressure, and centrifugal force, resulting in strong shear and frictional forces. Furthermore, through the combined effects of impact and high-frequency vibration, it can effectively grind, disperse, emulsify, and mix the ingredients, producing a final product with a particle size of 2-50 microns and a homogeneity rate exceeding 90%.
